摘要
目的通过处方评价,规范医疗行为,提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全。方法随机抽取2010年1月~6月门诊处方12 468张,根据卫生部颁布的《处方管理办法》、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》对处方进行评价。结果抽取的12 468张处方中,不合格处方432张,处方不合格率为3.46%;其中书写不规范处方297张,占不合格处方的68.75%;不合理用药处方135张,占不合格处方的31.25%。结论与过去相比,门诊处方合格率明显提高,但不合理用药现象仍然存在,医师和药师应加强业务知识学习,不断提高业务能力,树立良好的医德医风,保障患者的医疗有效、安全。
Objective To standardize medical behavior,improve medical quality and ensure medical safety by prescription estimation.Methods According to Prcscription Administrative Policy and Guiding principles for clinical application of antibiotics to prescriptions,12468 outpatient prescriptions from January to June in 2010 were randomly selected and evaluated.Results 432 prescriptions were unqualified.Among them,297 prescriptions（68.75%） were written standardly and 135 prescriptions（31.25%）were irrational use of drugs.Conclusion Compared to the past years,qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions has been improved to some extent in our hospital,but the case of irrational use of drug is still serious.So the doctors and apothecary should establish a good medical ethics,strengthen professional study and constantly improve their professional abilities to ensure medical safety.
