摘要
为提高涡流纺纱机效率,从半制品质量,牵伸胶辊胶圈,涡流纺纱机关键组件与器材选用维护,辅助设备及配套工程等方面分析了影响效率的原因及解决措施。指出,涡流纺的生产效率是关系产质量水平提高的一个关键环节。应分清原因,有针对性的采取必要的技术措施。通过控制半制品质量,正确选用专件器材,合理配置关键工艺参数,实施精细的维护保养,保持辅助设备的良好状态,严格控制温湿度,保证机台始终在良好状态下运行,从而可以达到提高效率和产质量水平的目的。
To improve vortex spinning frame efficiency,the effect reasons and resolving measures were analyzed from aspects of semiproduct quality,draft rubber-covered roll and apron, vortex spinning frame key components and device selection maintainace,auxiliary equipment and related project et al. It is considered that production efficiency of Vortex spinning is one key factor of improving quality level. Necessary technology measures should be adopted accordingly. Sern-iproduet quality should be controlled,special accessories should be selected correctly,key processing parameter should be set rationally, equipment should be maintained well, auxiliary equipment and main equipment should be in good status,temperature ＆ humidity should be controlled strictly,finally the efficiency could be increased and product quality could be ensured.
