摘要
目的建立降浊通脉有效部位的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为有效控制其质量提供可靠的方法。方法采用依利特Sinochrom ODS-BP C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱。结果得到了在203,250,280 nm 3个检测波长下的HPLC指纹图谱。结论本方法为降浊通脉有效部位的质量评价提供依据,可结合含量测定用于全面控制降浊通脉有效部位的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC fingerprint of Jiangzhuo Tongmai’s effective parts for controlling the quality of Jiangzhuo Tongmai’s effective parts. METHODS HPLC was used to create fingerprints with Sinochrom ODS-BPC18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) of Dalian Elite, the mobile phase was a mixture of acetontrile-0.1% phosphate water, a gradient eluting agent. RESULTS The fingerprint of Jiangzhuo Tongmai’s effective parts was established, and the detection wavelength was 203, 250 and 280 nm. CONCLUSION The quality of Jiangzhuo Tongmai’s effective parts can be controlled by the HPLC fingerprint. The method can be used for the quality control of Jiangzhuo Tongmai’s effective parts.
