摘要
基于Pro/E和ADAMS软件建立了CMS-04型磁悬浮车辆的虚拟样机单转向架模型,通过静态悬浮和侧向静态导向力仿真测试对悬浮系统适应性进行验证,并对转向架在缓和曲线上的运行状态进行仿真,得到车辆主要构件的位置变化趋势,并与采用此种转向架的唐山试验线车辆实测数据进行对比。结果表明,所建立的单转向架虚拟样机模型合理,可作为该型列车整车运动学与动力学的建模和仿真基础。
A virtual prototype model of single bogie CMS-04 type maglev vehicle was built by using Pro/E and ADAMS software. The creditability of the model was verified by the static suspension and the static guiding force test. The dynamic state of the bogie running on transition curves was simulated to investigate the movement of the main components in the bogie and the result was compared with the data tested on the Tangshan experimental line. It is shown that the proposed virtual prototype model of the single bogie is suitable as a basis for further kinematics and dynamics modeling of full-size train.
