摘要
参考地铁工程结构服役环境,设计了杂散电流模拟装置,进行不同加载水平构件在氯盐溶液和杂散电流共同作用下的耐久性加速模拟试验,使用线性计划法测量钢筋锈蚀电流密度,建立了锈蚀时间与钢筋锈蚀量的关系。根据试验结果并参照建筑结构检测技术标准(GB/T 50344-2004),可定性判断钢筋锈蚀情况。
According to the service environment of subway structure, a stray current simulation device is designed. An acceleration simulation experiment on durability is carried out to simulate influence of different loading level to reinforcement corrosion of R. C element under coupling of stray current and chlorine salt solution. The linear polarization resistance method is used to measure the corrosion current density. The relations of the reinforcement corrosion and the time are established. Referring to the standard ( GB/T 50344 - 2004 ) , the test results can be used to judge the corrosion state of the reinforcement.
