地铁盾构隧道螺栓腐蚀原因分析及处理技术措施

摘要 管片螺栓作为衔接盾构管片的主要构件,对盾构隧道的安全服役起着关键作用,螺栓腐蚀则会影响隧道结构安全性能和服役寿命。通过文献调研及现场调研等方法,分析了盾构隧道管片螺栓腐蚀成因,系统总结了管片螺栓防腐措施和腐蚀处理技术措施。研究表明:隧道服役年限和管片渗漏水是影响螺栓腐蚀的重要因素;管片螺栓防腐措施主要采用锌基铬酸盐涂层+螺纹头部抗碱涂层或无铬锌铝片涂层+螺头部抗碱涂层的组合方式;常规管片螺栓除锈措施以机械喷砂除锈最佳,也可采用耐蚀钢螺栓。 As the main component for connecting shield tunnel segments,segment bolts play a crucial role in the safe service of shield tunnels.Corrosion of bolts can affect the safety performance and service life of tunnel structures.Through literature research and on-site research,the causes of corrosion of shield tunnel segment bolts were analyzed,and the anti-corrosion measures and corrosion treatment techniques for segment bolts were systematically summarized.Research has shown that the service life of tunnels and pipe leakage are importantfactors affecting bolt corrosion. The anti-corrosionmeasures for pipe bolt mainly adopt a combination ofzinc based chromate coating+alkali resistant coating onthe threaded head or chromium free zinc aluminum sheetcoating+alkali resistant coating on the threaded head.Mechanical sandblasting is the best rust removal methodfor conventional pipe segment bolts, and corrosionresistantsteel bolts can also be used.
