摘要
建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱联用测定水中54种挥发性有机物的方法。54种目标物的方法检出限其质量浓度在0.13-1.75μg/L之间,工作曲线线性相关系数在0.9940~0.9999之间,加标回收率在86%~125%之间。方法准确。检出限低,可以满足饮用水、地表水和污水中挥发性有机物的测定。
A method was established using purge and trap - gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for the determination of 54 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in water. The MDL (method detection limits) are between 0.13 - 1.75 μg,/L. The related coefficient of calibration curve are between 0.994 0 - 0.999 9. The recoveries are between 86% - 125%. This method is applicable to types of aqueous samples, such as drinking water, ground and surface water and waste water.
