摘要
文章从概念名称、采样方式、样品保存、质量管理等多方面阐述了《地表水和污水监测技术规范》(HJT91-2002)的相关技术,对于贯彻执行该规范具有很强的指导性和操作性。
（HJ/T 91 - 2002）is an recommendatory standard for monitoring of surface water and waste water. The paper discussed deeply the nomenclature, sampling, storing, transferring manner for sample and relevant to quality manager, scientific treat of monitoring data about technical specifications. It has guiding and operating function in applying HJ/T 91 - 2002.
