姜黄素对人食管癌Ec-9706细胞增殖及凋亡的影响

摘要 目的:探讨姜黄素对人食管癌Ec-9706细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法:选用人食管癌Ec-9706细胞体外培养,MTT法测定不同浓度的姜黄素对其的增殖抑制作用;流式细胞仪检测凋亡。结果:姜黄素可明显抑制细胞生长,其抑制率与药物浓度成剂量依赖关系。流式细胞分析仪结果表明,姜黄素能使Ec-9706细胞在加药后24 h出现凋亡峰。电镜观察可见姜黄素能使细胞发生凋亡,出现核边集及染色质浓缩成块状。结论:姜黄素可抑制Ec-9706细胞的生长,其机制可能与诱导细胞凋亡有关。
