摘要
概述了工业生产与科学研究中的现代精密测量技术发展现状和研究内容；着重叙述了应用于三坐标测量机（ＣＭＭ）的最新技术、微／纳米精密测量技术以及图像测量技术。
In this paper, the development status and research contents of the precision measurement technology used in the modern industry production and science research are summarized. It puts emphasia upon the latest technologies and recent developments involved in Coordinate Measuring Machine, the nanometer measurement and the image identification measurement technology.
