摘要
主要研究了木门门扇或板式部件边部UV油漆涂饰控制系统,特别是木门门扇垂直边部UV油漆辊涂系统,主要对系统的硬件和软件进行了详细的设计和分析。系统分为:工件定位单元、砂光单元、除尘单元、涂布单元和UV固化单元,具有定位精准、安全可靠、环保高效的特点,应用前景广阔。
This paper studies the control system on the wood or paint coating of plate component edge, particularly the vertical side plate parts paint roller coating system. It mainly designs and analysises the hardware and software of the system. System is divided into： the workpiece positioning unit, optical unit, sand dust removal unit, coating unit and UV curing unit, it is of characteristics of accurate positioning, safe and reliable, environmental protection and high efficiency.
