摘要
目的:探讨社区康复护理对心境障碍患者康复效果的影响。方法:对辖区内2007年1月到2009年12月痊愈出院的100例心境障碍患者为研究对象,进行系统社区护理,选取非辖区内同期出院的100例心境障碍患者为对照组,进行传统随访护理。结果:两组复发率比较社区护理组低于传统随访组(P<0.05及P<0.01)。结论:社区康复护理能减少心境障碍患者复发,能提高患者的生活质量,减轻社会功能残疾程度。
Objective： To explore the community-based rehabilitation nursing of patients with mood disorder effects. Methods： The area in Jan- uary 2007 to December 2009 of 100 cases of cured patients with mood disorders as the research object, the system of community care, select non-jurisdiction over the same period 100 eases of discharged patients with mood disorders for the control group, the traditional follow-up care. Results： The relapse rate compared two groups of community care group than in the traditional follow-up group （P 〈0.05 and P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： The community-based rehabilitation nursing can reduce recurrence in patients with mood disorders can improve quality of life of patients, redueing the social function of the degree of disability.
