摘要
目的 :对住院精神分裂症病人给予生活技能训练 ,以期提高其住院生活质量。方法 :用匹配对照研究的方法 ,将其中一病区设为研究组共 6 3例 ;另一病区设为对照组共 49例。研究组给予生活技能训练、社会技能训练、疾病知识教育及家庭干预等 ,对照组采用药物治疗和传统的护理方法。在研究期间对研究组及对照组定期进行NOSIE - 30、SAPS、SANS及总体幸福感量表评定。结果 :生活技能训练明显提高了病人住院期间的生活质量。其中 ,在NOSIE - 30测查中的总积极因素增分值及总消极因素减分值研究组都明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,生活技能也比对照组明显提高 ,尤其是总体幸福感量表评分的增分值更为明显 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,说明研究组病人在住院期间满意度比对照组高。结论
Objective: To investigate the effect of living skills training on the life quality of schizophrenic inpatients. Methods: 63 subjects received life skills training, education of disease knowledge and family intervention as the trained group.Another 49 comparable patients served as the control.NOSIE 30,SAPS, SANS and the holistic happy scale were used.Results:A statistical difference was observed in the incremental marks of general active factors ,reductive marks of general negative factors and the marks of general well-being scale. The life skills of the trained group increased significantly compared to the control. Conclusion: Living skills training can significantly improve life quality and satisfaction of schizophrenic inpatients.
