山茱萸对糖尿病小鼠组织过氧化脂质含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察山茱萸对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠心、肝、胰和肾脏MDA含量的影响。方法:腹腔注射四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病模型。比较正常对照组、糖尿病治疗对照组、优降糖组与不同剂量山茱萸治疗组小鼠心、肝、胰和肾脏组织MDA的含量。结果:糖尿病治疗对照组心、肝、胰和肾脏组织MDA含量明显高于正常组(P<0.001),表明四氧嘧啶对这些组织有损伤。在糖尿病治疗组中,优降糖和山茱萸各剂量组均显示组织内MDA含量不同程度地降低,并且山茱萸治疗组MDA含量的降低程度与剂量明显相关;对于心脏和胰脏,山茱萸(剂量大于6.00g/Kg/d时)降低MDA的作用优于优降糖(P<0.05或P<0.001),而对于肝脏和肾脏,山茱萸降低MDA的作用则与优降糖相当(P>0.05)。结论:山茱萸通过抗脂质过氧化作用对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠心、肝、胰和肾脏具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To observe the effects of Fructus Corni (FC) on the contents of lipoperoxide in tissue of alloxan-induced diabetic mice.Methods The diabetes model was established by intraabdominal injection of alloxan.Comparison of the contents of malonyldialdehyde (MDA) in heart,liver,kidney and pancreas were made among the normal group,diabetic control group and diabetic groups treated with glibenclamide and with FC. The FC-groups were divided into three subgroups according to different dosage:low,middle and high.Results The contents of MDA in diabetic control group were significantly higher than that of the normal group(P<0.001),and this phenomenon reflects the tissue damage caused by alloxan.The MDA contents were variously decreased in all groups treated with glibenclamide and FC,and the effect of FC was significantly related to its dosage.The MDA contents were decreased more obviously in FC groups than that in glibenclamide group in heart(P<0.05)and pancreas(P<0.001),but there was not marked difference in liver and kidney.Conclusion FC has a certain protective effect on heart,liver,pancreas and kidney of alloxan-induced diabetic mice.
