摘要
根据螺杆压缩机啮合机理,建立了圆柱包络螺杆转子的数学模型,利用编程软件求解圆柱包络单螺杆转子的啮合点,并绘制了侧面和底面的啮合区图,为星轮几何尺寸的设计确定提供了依据。分析了圆柱包络所形成的三啮合区,并研究了槽底与星轮齿顶啮合时的间隙情况。最后根据研究结果,利用五坐标数控机床加工出了符合要求的螺杆转子工件。
Based on the mechanism of the single screw compressor,the meshing points are studied by programming software,the side and underside meshing zones are drawn to provide a theory basis for design of star-wheel.The three inter-meshing zones which is by milling cutter is analyzed,the clearance between the flat tooth and the screw groove bottom is also studied.Finally,a screw that conforms to requirements is produced by five-axis NC machining.
