摘要
针对叶轮零件五坐标数控加工的技术难点,采用非均匀有理B样条方法(NURBS)进行叶片及叶轮造型,曲线及曲面求交,加工刀具轨迹求解,并开发了后置处理、加工仿真等模块,以DNC方式控制数控机床进行加工。
This paper develops an effective integrated CAM system to overcome the technical difficulties in the 5 coordinate machining of the impeller. The system employs the NURBS method to model a blade and a impeller, and searches the intersection of curves and surfaces as well as tool path solution. More about the system is to build the post process model and machining simulation model, and machine with DNC communication.
