摘要
结合2007～2009年陕西省血站督导检查实践,指出了血站质量管理工作存在问题。提出应从加强人员培训、深入学习规范、加强实验室管理及重视内审、管理评审和外审工作4方面进行纠正及预防,从而提升血站质量管理水平,确保血液质量与安全。
With a combination of supervision and inspection practice in blood bank in Shaanxi Province between 2007 and 2009, the paper discussed the problems on quality management in the blood center, Furthermore, 4 aspects should be made to rectify and prevent the problems, which included strengthening personnel training, in - depth studying the rules, strengthening la- boratory management and attention to internal audit, management review and external audit work. These measures could enhance the level of quality control in blood stations and ensure blood quality and safety.
