摘要
介绍了生物酶对纤维素织物漂白应用的现状,并分别探讨了葡萄糖氧化酶、漆酶、木聚糖酶的生物特性、固定化方法、漂白作用机理及其在漂白中的应用(葡萄糖氧化酶对棉织物的漂白、漆酶对棉织物的漂白、木聚糖酶的辅助漂白);最后对漂白用生物酶的发展趋势作了展望,并提出了酶研究的努力方向.
The status of bleaching of natural cellulosic fabrics with enzyme was introduced. The biological natures, immobilization methods, bleaching mechanism and their application in bleaching were discussed, including bleaching of cotton fabrics with glucose oxidase, laccase and Xylanase. The development trend of bleaching with enzyme was prospected, and the effort direction of enzyme research was pointed out.
