HSP47在肺纤维化中的作用机制 被引量:3

摘要 肺纤维化(PF)是由各种原因引起的弥漫性肺部炎症疾病,其病理特征是肺炎症损伤、成纤维细胞灶的形成、细胞外基质过度沉积,最终导致了肺组织结构的异常重塑。目前,PF的发病机制尚不明确。近年来,细胞因子成为研究疾病发病机制的热点,如TGF-β1、IFN-γ、TNF-α、PDCF、IGF-1、IL-1和IL-8等,它们相互作用,相互协调,形成一个复杂的细胞因子网络,在PF形成中起着重要的调控作用。
