摘要
目的 研究不同期煤工尘肺患者和同煤矿采矿工人血浆一氧化氮(NO)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(M DA)的变化。方法 测定方法分别按参考文献4,5,6,7。结果 NO 与尘肺的期别呈正相关(r= 0.779,P< 0.05),且NO与MDA 呈正相关(r= 0.887,P< 0.05)。SOD结果与其他研究者的结果相似。结论 说明NO 参与了尘肺的形成,并与尘肺患者的红细胞过氧化损伤相关。
Objective To find out the relationship between NO, SOD and MDA in blood and pneumoconiosis. Method We detected the nitrogenoxide (NO) of blood,superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde of red blood cell in the coal workers suffering from Pneumoconiosis at different levels. Result NO was positively related to the degree of pneumoconiosis (r=0.779,P<0.05) and MDA (r=0.887,P<0.05).As for SOD,the result was similar to that of other researchers. Conclusion NO is involved in the process of Pneumoconiosis and is related to oxidation damage of the patients'red blood cells.
