摘要
目的探讨经阴道超声诊断子宫肌瘤的临床应用。方法回顾分析40例子宫肌瘤病例的经阴道超声资料,并加以总结。结果本组40例子宫肌瘤,其中38例经阴道超声检出,占95.00%。1例子宫肌腺病和1例子宫内膜增生过度误诊为子宫肌瘤,占5.00%。结论经阴道超声显像可以提高图像质量,避免各种因素的干扰,提高诊断准确率。
[Objective] To explore clinical applications of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of hysteromyoma.[Methods] Transvaginal ultrasound findings of hysteromyoma in 40 patients were analyzed summarized.[Results] A total of 40 patients,38 cases found by transvaginal ultrasound（95.00%）.1 cases of andenomyosis and 1 cases of endometrial hyperplasia by misdiagnosed as hysteromyoma.[Conclusions] Transvaginal ultrasound can provide clear and effective images,avoid various disturbances and improve the diagnostic accuracy rate of hysteromyoma.
