摘要
目的探讨经阴道超声检查诊断输卵管间质部妊娠与宫角妊娠的价值。方法回顾分析我院3a来收治的经手术或病理证实的28例输卵管间质部妊娠与宫角妊娠的术前超声表现。结果输卵管间质部妊娠与宫角妊娠的术前声像图表现为胚囊型、不典型孕囊型和破裂型3种类型。术前超声正确诊断为输卵管间质部妊娠7例,宫角妊娠13例,笼统诊断为宫外孕未准确定位5例,术前超声误诊3例,超声检查准确率71%(20/28)。结论经阴道超声显像对输卵管间质部妊娠和宫角妊娠具有较高的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intestitial tubal pregnancy and cornual pregnancy. Methods Twenty - eight patients with surgically or pathologically proved intestitial tubal pregnancy and eornual pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively so as to estimate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound. Results The preoperative ultrasonography coreclty diagnosed 7 cases of interstitial tubal pregnancy and 13 cases of cornual pregnancy. The ultrasonic findings in all patients were found to be three types which comprised embryonic sac, atypical gestation sac and rupture pattern. Five cases were preliminarily diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy but the localized diagnoses were indefinite, while 3 cases were misdiagnosed so the diagnostic accuracy of preoperative uhrasonography in the group was 71% （20/28）. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography has certain value for diagnosing and differentiating intestitial tubal pregnancy and cornual pregnancy.
