摘要
进入21世纪,东盟各国军备建设的重点放在优先发展海军现代化上,各国竞相调整军事战略重点,提高海军在三军中的地位,投入巨资扩充军购、更新武器装备,提高立体作战能力,并加紧基地、港口和机场建设,提高战勤保障能力。由于东盟多数国家的经济和技术基础较差,实现海军现代化的目标仍需时日。
Since entering the 21 century, the military build up in the ASEAN nations has given priority to the modernization of navy, all adjusting the focus of their military strategy, improving the Navy＇ s position in the armed forces. They have invested heavily to enhance their purchase power, to upgrade navy weaponry and to improve navy＇ s three - dimensional combat capability. At the same time, navy bases, ports and air- ports construction have been stepped up and navy＇s logistics capacity has improved. However, due to the fact that the economic and technical basis of most ASEAN countries is relatively weak, achieving the objective of modernization of navy has a long way to go.
