3,3′-二羟基-4,4′-联苯二胺的合成与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of 3,3′-Dihydroxybenzidine

摘要 以3,3′-二甲氧基联苯二胺盐酸盐为原料,以氢碘酸为溶剂,在回流状态下发生碘代反应,再经乙酸钠中和合成了3,3′-二羟基-4,4′-联苯二胺(DHB),其结构和纯度分别用红外光谱、核磁氢谱、核磁碳谱、元素分析和高压液相色谱加以表征. 3,3′-dihydroxybenzidine was synthesized through a two-step reaction,the iodination of raw materials and the neutralization reaction with sodium acetate.The structure and the purity of final product were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR,elemental analysis and HPLC respectively.
