Study on Separation of Trace In with Microcrystalline Naphthalene Solid liquid Extraction and Its Determination by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 在一定酸度的氢碘酸介质中 ,络阴离子 In I4-与甲基紫形成稳定的离子缔合物 ,可被析出的微晶萘定量吸附。分析了影响铟分离测定的各种因素 ,在最佳实验条件下 ,方法的检出限为 12 ng/m L,RSD为 1.94% (n=8,c=0 .2μg/m L)。 Based on the formation of ion associated complex between InI - 4 and methyl violet, a new method was proposed for the determination of trace In by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry after its separation with microcrystalline naphthalene solid liquid extraction. The ion associated complex was adsorbed on microcrystalline naphthalene under selected conditions. Various experimental conditions were investigated in detail.Under the optimized experimental parameters,the detection limit of this method is 12.0 ng/mL and the RSD is 1.94%( n =8, c =0.2 μg/mL),the method was applied in the analysis of standard samples.
