摘要
分析常规木材干燥室干燥介质循环特性,提出改善沿材堆高度方向干燥介质循环风速均匀分布的措施,即在材堆两侧合理设置多级弧形板导流装置,并研制了模拟试验机。通过对安装导流装置前后的试验机介质循环特性测试验证,干燥室内沿材堆高度方向介质循环风速均匀性提高了35%以上,风速偏差可控制在±20%以内。
Some measures to improve the uniform distribution of drying medium circulating velocities in the wood pile height direction were proposed according to the drying medium circulating characteristics in conventional timber-drying kiln. A series of multilevel curved plate airflow guiding devices were reasonably set on both sides of the wood pile,and a simulated experimental machine was developed. Test results showed that the uniformity degree of medium circulating distribution in the wood pile height direction increased by more than 35% by installing airflow guiding devices on the experimental machine,and the deviation of airflow velocities was controlled within the range of ±20%.
