摘要
木材干燥室内部温度场、湿度场的均匀性是评价干燥设备和确保木材干燥质量的重要指标之一。在原有顶风式和长方体型端风式干燥室的基础之上,通过合理地设置导风挡板来改善干燥室内空气的流动均匀性。首先运用气体流动的伯努利方程,从理论上确定了干燥室内导风挡板的尺寸和安装位置;之后,通过实测验证了合理设置导风挡板对于提高干燥室内气流速度和均匀程度的有效性。研究结果表明:在不改变其他条件下,通过合理设置导风挡板可使干燥室内气体流动均匀性提高10%。长方体型端风式干燥室完全可通过合理设置导风挡板,达到斜壁型端风式干燥室相同的干燥效果,且具有更大的灵活性和土建优势。
The uniformity of temperature field and humidity field in the wood drying kiln interior is one of very important guide lines in estimating the dry fixture and insuring the wood drying quality.This research carries the foundation of the dry room in type in breeze with the rectangle type of figure originally possessed at the against the wind type on and passes to establishes reasonably the leading breeze block of the plank,in order to improve the fluxion even of the dry indoors air.This research makes use of the square distance in the benefit of Bernoulli's equation of the air fluxion first,and make sure from theoretically the most installation angle for dry kilns leading baffles. And then, we pass the solid test to certificate the reasonable from establishing the leading baffles usefulness for exaltation dry kilns current of air speed with even degree.Research result enunciate that while doing not change the other conditional premise,we pass the reasonable establishes the leading baffles,which can make the dry kilns air flow the even to increase 10% and 16.4% respectively.At the same time,dry quantity and dry efficiency all the correspondence increases,too.Carrying the dry room in type in breeze to the rectangle type of figure can pass completely the reasonable to establishes the leading baffles and attaining the inclined wall type will carry the dry room in type in breeze same alike of dry result, and then have the larger vivid and set up the advantage with the construction.
