摘要
目的和方法：本文对康复期缺血性脑血管病１８２例患者的血液流变学８项指标和血脂与同龄健康人１８０例做对比；结果与结论：经统计学处理结果：血浆比粘度，全血高切变率，全血低切变率，全血还原粘度，红细胞压积、血沉、血沉方程Ｋ值，纤维蛋白对比均有非常明显差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），而胆固醇、甘油三脂对比无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．１）。
Objective and method:The changes of
eight hemorheology indexes and serum lipids were measured in 182 cases patients
with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and in 180 cases with healthy subjects in
similar ages.Resaults and Conclusion:The result showed that the
NP,mPa·S(230/s),mPa·S(23/S),NH,HCT,ESR, ESRK,Fg Significantly increased in the
convalesent group compared with the control group (P<0.001),While the TC and TG were
not significantly different (P>0.1)between the above two groups.
