摘要
[目的]探讨不同植物生长调节剂对当归组织培养的影响。[方法]以当归根茎为供试材料,消毒后,置于5种不同浓度NAA的培养基(A、B、C、D和E)中培养,每个处理重复5次,测定不同处理归外植体的诱导成活率。[结果]当归在不同诱导培养基中诱导成活率差异很大,其中以培养基C的诱导成活率最高为80%。[结论]当归诱导分化适宜的培养基为MS+NAA 0.7 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+琼脂8 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L。
[ Objective ] To explore the effect of different plant growth regulators on the survival rate of Angelica sinensis. [ Method ] The roots of Angelica sinensis were used as test materials. After treating in A, B, C, D and E culture medium with different concentrations of NAA for 7 d, the induction survival rate of Angelica sinensis were detected. [ Result ] The survival rates showed significant difference among five treatments, and the survival rate of C culture medium was highest ( 80% ). [ Conclusion ] The best culture medium of Angelica sinensis was MS + NAA 0.7 mg/ L + 6-BA 1.5 mg/L + agar 8 g/L + sugar 30 g/L.
