摘要
对12只Wistar大鼠进行透射电镜观察,发现大剂量维生素D_3主要作用於肾曲管上皮及下方的基底膜。其中以肾曲管上皮内线粒体的病变最为突出,表现为线粒体内有大量电子致密颗粒——磷酸钙沉积以及线粒体肿胀等。磷酸钙沉着是线粒体损伤的早期征象,随后发生线粒体肿胀。亦可见层状电子致密细颗粒状沉积物沿肾小管基底膜排列。病变的程度同给药时间的长短和Wistar大鼠的年龄(乳鼠或成鼠)无明显关系。
12 wistar rats were studied under electron microscope. Changes in the convoluted tubules and basal laminae of kidney were caused by large doses of calcitriol. Prominent changes electron-dense granules (calcium phosphate) and swollen mitochondria were seen. The deposit of calcium phosphate is an early phenomenon of the injury of mitochondria which is followed by swollen of mitochondria. Lamellar deposits of electron-dense fine granules along basal laminae of the tubules of kidney were slso seen. No prominent differences were seen between suckling rata and older rats in relation to the intensity of the pathologic changes and the duration of calcitriol administration.
