本文主要介绍美国Ion Optics公司的一种新型脉冲式红外光源,其成功研制是更精确、更低成本的集成传感器的关键。
This paper introduces a novel IR illumination source made by Ion Optics in America, whose success make the more accurate, lower cost integrated sensor possible to replace discrete components in gas sensor systems.
