摘要
少年期是一个人职业观形成和成熟的重要时期,日本向来重视中小学生职业认知和职业能力的培养。随着新世纪终身教育体系的建立和教育改革的深入,日本提出要对学生进行"职业生涯教育",使其从小建立对社会职业的认识,形成基本的职业能力,从而使学生在将来能够顺利进行"从学校到社会的过渡"。日本中小学职业生涯教育丰富而有特色的实践经验,为我国在中小学阶段开展劳动技术教育和生涯发展教育带来了启示。
Adolescence is an important period in which career conception is formed and developed.Japan has always attached importance to students' career awareness and vocational ability.As the establishment of lifelong education system and deepening of educational reforms in the new century,Japan proposed to give students career education to form the understanding of social career,and basic professional abilities,so that students can realize the transition from school to society smoothly in the future.The experience of career education in Japanese primary and secondary school is rich and distinctive;it brings the enlightenment for Chinese technical education and career development education in primary and secondary schools.
