人股骨上段三维有限元模型的建立 被引量:8

Establishment of Three-dimensional Finite Element Model of the Proximal Femur

摘要 根据螺旋CT二维图像,建立可供有限元结构仿真分析的人股骨三维有限元模型。应用螺旋CT对人股骨进行扫描,对扫描图像应用Adobe Photoshop 9.0提取密质骨、松质骨的边缘,形成坐标数据库后,再应用UGS NX3.0调用坐标数据建立人股骨上段三维几何模型和网格划分。通过UGS NX3.0剖切和隐藏技术分别显示人股骨密质骨、松质骨和骨髓腔以及各结构间的界面的三维几何形态和有限元模型。利用CT、Photoshop、UGS、数据库等工具和方法,能方便地和较真实地重建复杂的骨骼三维几何模型和有限元模型。 To provide a three-dimensional(3D) model of femur for finite element simulation,the serial digitized image data of spiral CT were imported to a computer for gaining three-dimensional coordinates of proximal femur with Adobe Photoshop 9.0 and building data files of substania of compacta and spongiosa.Then,the 3D geometric model was reconstructed and meshed with UGS for finite element simulation.Three-dimensional geometric structures and finite element model including substania of femur compacta and spongiosa,cavum medullare and interface between their different structure could be showed respectively with methods of "Section" and "Blank".It is easer that the complicated 3D geometric and finite element model of bone are reconstructed really with CT、Photoshop、UGS and data base.
