摘要
针对微细铣削不同于常规铣削的特点,建立了微单元正交切削模型,分析瞬时刀具受力情况。以切削深度、切削宽度、主轴转速及每齿进给量作为输入,铣削力在x、y、z三个方向的分量作为输出,建立了MATLAB瞬时铣削力的预测模型;同时分析了模拟结果与实验数据之间产生误差的原因,对细微铣削加工的协调问题进行深入分析与综合研究,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
This paper aimed at the difference between micro end milling and macro end milling,orthogonal cutting force of micro element is established and formation mechanism of cutting zone,forces that the tool suffered.And based on cutting depth,cutting width,spindle speed,teed per tooth take as the input,the milling forces in x,y two direction components take as output,establishes the transient milling forces evaluating mode1 of MATLAB.At the same time the paper analyzed the reasons for the errors between the simulation results and experiment data,which has great significance in theory and practice on Deep analysis and systematic study on coordination in micro end milling.
