摘要
针对空分装置在运行初期高压板翅式换热器热端温差较大,氧气产量达不到设计要求值进行原因分析,介绍相应的调试处理手段,经过优化操作,氧气产量达到了设计值。
The causes for a bigger temperature difference at the hot-end of HP plate-fin heat-exchanger and oxygen yield not meeting the design figure during the early ASU operating stage are analyzed and the corresponding counter-measures introduced to make the oxygen output meeting the design figure by means of optimized operation.
