摘要
目的:研究经支气管动脉化疗栓塞治疗中晚期中心型肺癌的方法和效果。材料与方法:将导管超选择插入26例肺癌的供血动脉,以顺铂+氟脲嘧啶+表阿霉素化疗,超液态碘化油、明胶海绵栓塞。结果:所有病例皆成功实施了化疗,11例行栓塞治疗。26例术后均进行CT随访。结论:超选择性支气管动脉化疗栓塞是治疗中晚期中心型肺癌安全、有效的首选方法。
Purpose：To analyze the methods and effect of application of transbronchial arterial chemoembolization in intermediate or advanced lung cancer.Materials and Methods：To superselectively catheterize blood-supplying arteres of 26 lung cancer cases and conmbine chemotherapy by using clisplatin,fluorauracil,epirubcin,ultra-liquid lipiodol and gel-foam embolization.Results：All cases has been conducted chemotherapy successfully.Embolization for 11 of them and CT investigation for all cases after operation.Conclusion：Superselective transbronchial arterial chemoembolization is the most preferable,safe and effective option for central intermediate or advanced lung cancer.
