摘要
采用高效陶瓷粒子GT-96与PA6切片共混纺丝,研究了不同GT-96含量对共混纤维的保温性能和其他性能的影响。结果表明:含0.5%GT-96的PA6纤维具有优良的保温性和可纺性,远红外线发射率已达82%,但其强度。
The blend of high\|effect ceramic particle GT\|96/PA6 has been spun. The relationship between properties of keeping warmth (and others) and the contention of GT\|96 in blend filaments was studied. The results show the spinning filament of 05% GT\|96/PA6 has fine keeping warmth, spinnability and mechanical properties. The emissivity of far\|infrared ray reaches 82%. However, compared with pure PA6 fiber, the strength, initial modulus and breaking work all decrease slightly.
