摘要
研究了PVDF、LCP的表观粘度随温度、剪切速率的变化规律,并对液晶含量对共混物熔体粘度的影响进行了讨论。
The changes of apparent viscosity of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) and liquid crystalline polymer(LCP) with the temperature and shear rate were reported in detail. The influence of content of LCP on the melting viscosity of blends has also been discussed. The rheological properties of polymer specimens were investigated by means of capillary viscometer and other testing instrument. The experimental results show that, PVDF and LCP are non Newtonian fluid in definite temperatue and shear rate, moreover with the increase of temperature and shear rate, the melting viscosity of PVDF and LCP is decreased. In addition, the rheological properties of polymer blends were more greatly affected by content of LCP and injection temperature than by other factors.
