摘要
研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDFE)/高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)共混物熔体在不同温度和不同剪切速率下的表观粘度以及共混物的结晶行为,讨论了共混物熔点、结晶度及晶格参数。认为HDPE和PDMS有相互缠结现象。加入5wt%PDMS,HDPE的结晶度从66%下降为54%,230°C剪切速率为1200s^(-1)时的熔体表观粘度降低44%。
The apparent viscosities and crystallization behavior of HDPE/high molecular weight Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) melts at different temperatures and shear stresses (shear rates) were studied. From the melting point, crystallinity and lattice constants of the blends measured, it is considered that most of PDMS is separated from HDPE phase before crystallization of HDPE. Addition of 5 wt% PDMS to HDPE will make the crystallinity of HDPE and the melt apparent viscosity of blend at 230℃ and 1200s-1 decrease from 66% and 282 Pa· s to 54% and 159 Pa·s respectively.
