摘要
目的分析奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)及亚叶酸钙(CF)治疗晚期大肠癌的临床效果和不良反应。方法回顾性分析42例晚期大肠癌患者的临床资料。所有患者全部应用L-OHP联合5-Fu及CF治疗,2周重复1次,2次为1周期。所有患者均行5周期后评价疗效。结果 42例患者总有效率为47·62%,其中完全缓解2例,部分缓解18例,稳定20例,进展2例,毒副反应主要为末梢神经毒性、恶心呕吐、白细胞下降、腹泻,患者均可以耐受。结论 L-OHP联合5-Fu和CF对于晚期大肠癌患者疗效好,不良反应少,患者可耐受,是一种安全、有效的治疗晚期大肠癌的药物。
Objective To analysis oxaliplatin （L-OHP） combined fluorouracil （5-Fu） and leucovorin （CF） patients with advanced colorectal cancer effects and adverse reactions. Methods A retrospective analysis in 42 patients with advanced colorectal cancer patients with clinical data. All the patients were combined application of L-OHP treatment of 5-Fu and CF, 2 weeks repeated 1 time, 2 times for one cycle. All patients were evaluated after 5weeks. Results 42 patients total effective rate was 4762%, of which two cases of complete remission, partial remission in 18 cases, progress in two cases, side effects are mainly peripheral neurotoxicity, nausea, vomiting, leukopenia, diarrhea, patients can be tolerated. Conclusion L-OHP combined 5-Fu and CF patients with advanced colorectal cancer for the better efficacy and less adverse reaction, the patient can tolerate, it is a safe and effective treatment for advanced colorectal cancer drugs.
