摘要
分析数控机床加工误差产生的原因,即数控加工中的误差来源主要是由于数控机床自身误差、制造工艺误差、数控加工程序编制不合理以及对刀误差等,并指出减少误差的对策。
The error sources of NC machining is mainly due to the NC machine itself,manufacturing process,NC program unreasonable tool setting etc.This paper analysis the causes of NC machining errors and puts forward some relevant countermeasures to reduce the errors.
