聚合物熔体充模流动试验研究方法综述

Experimental Study of Polymer Melt Flow in Injection Mold Filling

摘要 熔体充模流动是复杂而又非常重要、对制品品质有直接影响的过程。对基于示踪技术和可视化技术的聚合物熔体充模流动试验研究方法进行详细综述,为深入研究普通注塑、共注塑、气辅助注塑和微注塑等过程中熔体充模流动提供参考。 Being a most complex and important process,melt flow during mold filling has a considerable effect on the properties of molded articles.The paper surveyed the study of the flow of melt filling under different injection moldings.The summarized injection molding techniques provides a reference for conventional injection molding,co-injection molding,gas-assisted injection molding and micro-injection molding.
