摘要
研制了一种可以测量多种直径和长度的螺栓预紧扭矩系数测量装置。该装置可以实时采集施加的预紧扭矩值和预紧力值,并通过数据处理模块得到扭矩系数值,显示在显示器上,并可以方便准确地测出螺纹预紧扭矩系数值,通过控制预紧力矩实现精确控制预紧力的要求。
A measuring equipment can measure screw torque moment coefficient for various different diameter and length,this equipment can acquire real-time imposed screw twisting moment value and preload value,then obtain torque moment coefficient by data processing module and display on the monitor,this equipment can easily and accurately measure the screw twisting moment coefficient,that the screw suits for the nominal diameter about 10-30mm,the length 60-300mm,and it can exactly regulate the preload by control the screw torque moment.
