摘要
目的:探讨高血压脑内出血患者血管破裂的发生机理。方法:正常脑血管,高血压脑出血患者出血部位的脑动脉分别进行TUNEL染色,计数血管平滑肌细胞凋亡比例。结果:高血压脑出血患者血管平滑肌细胞凋亡百分比为70.00±2.60,正常脑血管平滑肌细胞凋亡百分比为14.29±2.60。结论:血管平滑肌细胞凋亡与高血压脑内出血患者相关。
Objective：To study the mechanism of blood vessel rupture in patients with hypertensive in tracerebral hemorrhage.Methods：TUNEL staining and counting of apoptosis percentage in vascular smooth muscle cells were carried out in normal and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage growps.Results： In hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,vascular smooth muscle cell apoptosis was 70.00 ± 2.60%;in normal brain,vascular smooth muscle cell apoptosis was 14.29 ± 2.60%.Conclusion： Apoptosis of vascular smooth muscle cells was associated with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
