细胞凋亡与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展 被引量:23

摘要 细胞凋亡是指机体细胞在正常生理或病理状态下发生的一种自发的程序化死亡过程,细胞凋亡途径的失控会引发相关疾病。目前认为,细胞凋亡是动脉粥样硬化病变的独立危险因素。动脉粥样硬化斑块内细胞过度凋亡,在促进不稳定斑块形成的过程中起着重要的作用。本文就血管内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞及巨噬细胞凋亡与动脉粥样硬化的关系及细胞凋亡对粥样斑块稳定性影响方面的研究作一综述。 Apoptosis is definied as a mechanism of a lontrolled sequence of events which occurs as a spontaneous programmed cell death in normal phsiological or pathologial condition.When the pathways of apoptosis are out of control,it will lead to related diseases.At present it is considered that apoptosis is an independent risk factors of atherosclerotic lesions.Cellular excessive apoptosis in the atherosclerotic plaques plays an important role in the process of the formation of unstable plaques.The relationship between the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells,vascular smooth muscle cells and macrophage and the atherosclerosis,and the effects of apoptosis on atherosclerotic plaque stability will be discussed in this review.
