摘要
利用对江苏155户社员的调研数据,对我国农民专业合作经济组织的利益机制及其激励效应进行了分析、评价。研究结果表明,社员参与合作的根本动机是产销服务的需求和市场收益的提高,绝大多数社员在利益分配方面更重视惠顾贡献的回报而不是资本回报;由于缺少公平、合理的利益机制,大多数社员不能通过业务惠顾获得满意的经济回报,降低了农民专业合作经济组织对社员的吸引力和凝聚力,这是影响合作组织稳定发展的重要原因。
Based on the research data of 155 corporation member in Jiangsu province,this thesis analyzed the benefit mechanism and the incentive effects of farmer＇s specialized cooperative economic organization.The research result indicated that the fundamental motivation of corporation members participating in corporation was the service requirement of producing and sale and the enhancement in market proceeds,most of corporation members paid more attention on the return in contribution of patronage rather than the contribution of capital.Due to the lack of a fair and reasonable benefit mechanism,the majority of members can not be a satisfactory the return in contribution of patronage,the farmer＇s specialized cooperative economic organization reducing the attraction and cohesion on the members.That were the key factors which influence the stabilized development of cooperation organization.
