新形势下中国造纸工业发展必须实施林纸一体化工程,逐步提高木材纤维原料的比重,充分利用废纸资源,合理利用非木材纤维三个方面来解决资源短缺问题;必须加大技术改造资金投入,高起点高标准建设新项目,以新带老,增产不增污,采用先进的生产工艺技术等措施来降低污染,实现节能减排。湖南泰格林纸集团正在采取这些措施,以实现企业的可持续发展。
I n new sit u at ion , Ch i na paper enterprises must implement the forestr y-paper integration project to solve the shortage of raw material through increasing the proportion of wood fiber material, making full use of wastepaper resource and utilizing non-wood fiber material rationally. Paper enterprises should also expand money input for technology innovation, build up new projects with high standards to achieve the aim of 'increase in production, non-increase in pollutants'.
