Yueyang Paper Industry Co,, Ltd, invested RMB 89 million for a comprehensive water conservation renovation on three old production lines large in water consumption. After adopting such measures as technological process adjustment, technology innovation, equipment reform, resources cyclic utilization, in particular, through shutting off the intermediate concentration screen, optimizing long net pulp washer, DCS system control, the water consumption of the old systems reduces remarkably, the production capacity increases greatly and it has been one of a new points of growth for benefit of the company.
