摘要
分别介绍了Ti(C,N)陶瓷材料、Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷材料和Ti(C,N)基复相陶瓷材料的组织结构、性能、优势及其制备方法。Ti(C,N)陶瓷材料的制备方法主要有气相沉积法、激光熔覆法和自反应喷涂法,Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷材料的制备方法主要有粉末冶金法和自蔓延高温合成法,Ti(C,N)基复相陶瓷材料的制备方法主要有自反应喷射成形法和自反应喷涂法。最后介绍了Ti(C,N)材料的应用及其应用的局限性。
Structures, properties, advantages and preparation methods of Ti(C,N) ceramics, Ti(C,N) matrix cermet and Ti (C, N) matrix composite ceramics are introduced separately in the paper. Preparation methods of Ti(C,N) ceramics are vapour deposition technology, laser clad technology and self-reactive spray technology. Prepa- ration methods of Ti(C, N) matrix cermet are powder metallurgy technology and self-reactive spray forming technolo- gy. Preparation methods of Ti(C,N) matrix composite ceramics are self-reactive spray forming technology and self-re- active spray technology. In additional, application and application regional of Ti(C,N) materials are discussed.
