摘要
放射性肺炎已成为肿瘤放疗后常见并发症,严重影响了治疗效果甚至危及患者生命。本文综述近年来国内外有关放射性肺炎的发生机制、临床诊断、鉴别诊断、辅助检查及治疗进展。
Radiation pneumonitis,a common complication after radiotherapy,not only severely influences the therapeutic effect but also endangers the life of patients.This paper provided an overview and information related to the occurrence mechanisms,clinical diagnosis,differential diagnosis,auxiliary examination and treatment of radiation pneumonitis at home and abroad in recent years.
